General description

This is a digital biological trinocular compound microscope that will include a digital imaging system. The digital microscopy comes with a 45 inclined 360 swiveling trinocular sliding looking at head, two pairs of widefield eyepieces, four achromatic goals, stain-tolerant double level mechanical stage with scales, coarse & good concentrating, NA 1. 25 Abbe condenser and variable intensity LED transmitted illumination system. It offers eight levels of magnification power: 40X-80X-100X-200X-400X-800X-1000X-2000X. The 5MP (2592×1944 pixels) USB digital imaging system that captures still microscope pictures and live video on computer. The included software well-matched with windows, Mac OS and Linux operating system may also be used to make measurements. It’s easy to mount a darkfield condenser to switch a brightfield microscope to a darkfield microscope. This kind of digital compound microscopy is perfect for teaching demonstration and medical exam, laboratories and advanced applications.

This microscope is great, So happy i bought the trinocular type. With this microscope you may be able to easily upgrade the camera without tearing it all down like the fitted variants and you may also view and take pics/vids while looking through the eye part simultaneously big BONUS. If you’re wanting to learn how to use it they have a easy instructional video on youtube. I’ll update my progress as i learn how to use this microscope. Received all of the equipment and so far its been interesting. Ill post a vid with some pics. Btw. The vid i have uploaded on this review is a downgrade from what it really seems. Pros: tough, easy to use, you may be able to view through the eye part while recording simultaneously “trinocular”, led light may be dimmed, camera is easy to use. Cons: good tune modification is kinda sensitive, the 20 times eye pieces are real short and when you look through them your nose hits the base of the microscope, does not come with slides, does not come with a manual but the camera part comes with some great software and manual.



Notes:This was a great, easy to use microscope. It was shipped the same day and arrived punctually before the end of the day. The lower resolution setting on the camera lets you to catch higher frames-per-second video while the high resolution setting lets for less frames-per-second recording of video. What that means is that if you want a more liquid, natural looking video recording, you’ll have to use a lower resolution setting. Pros:The camera was really easy to set up. You take it out of the wrapping, screw on the 5mm lens and place it in the top looking at area. Really easy. It does not click into place or anything, however it does have an O-ring preventing it from moving too easily. The software worked out of the box on a Windows 7 computer. I haven’t still tried to install the software on a Mac or and Linux flavors, however this is something I’ll do at some point. More, the construction is hard. It didn’t feel cheap or like it was overly fragile. Cons:The microscope does not come with any documentation other than a slip of paper, however they make up for by sending you an email with documentation links and how to download the manual pdf. The looking at regions(being the eyepieces and the camera put) concentrate at different lengths unfortunately. What that means is that something can be focused in the camera on screen, however if you look through the eyepieces you’ll have to change the concentrate. Not too most of a difference, so it is not too hard to concentrate to either looking at regions.
